So the game is more of a failure than what I intended. Terrible controls, horrible rendition of a "love story" and the only thing that is actually fun in this game is completing the achievements for easy gamer score.
The game starts you out flying through the air with your sweet jet pack on. The tutorial on this is hard to concentrate on due to the fact their are UFOs shooting at you. Then the story line gets worse by adding a sappy love story into the game. Some parts of the game all you hear is your main character,--- and his ex lover,--- fighting over events in the past while trying to shoot these so called "aliens". Which proves this games lack of intelligent designers. When you shoot someone in this game, they act like they were punched in the gut, meaning when they are hit with 5 to 6 bullets they hunch a little bit, then stand back up. This process takes a good second or so, but during that time you're laying siege to that opponent, none of your bullets register until that action of hunching over is complete.
The game also has variations of level height. When you start off in your quest you will reach an inpass. You A: jump to your death and return the game because its so terrible, or B: look down or up the side of the ledge you are standing on and jump/drop to the next rock, board or whatever. The view in this section of the game is by far the worst feature they could have added to the game. The controls will make you want to throw your controller. The fish eye view gets you motion sick. The only thing you want to do is just get past that part of the game and now worry about the stacking amount of enemies that come at you.
The game had a Great Idea by using the character Tesla as help in the game, the graphics were decent, and customizing your weapon weapon was fun. You can Hijack UFOs, get into an turret and mow down some UFOs, but the game tries everything in its power to make you replay it by giving you a better map to find the journals you forgot to grab for the 30 Gamerscore achievement.
All in all, the only reason I give the game a 2/10 is because some idea's were great, outstanding. But the way the game was put together was a catastrophe. And as for the ending of the game.... Lets just say I had more excitement pulling lent from velcro. The ending had no relation to the entire game.
