Well I'm what some would say a odd character, a strange person, but at the core of it all I'm just plainly a gamer.... I'm in for the games and the gaming not console is better than the other.

Personally I prefer the Xbox 360 due to the amount of varied games that are out as well as some of the exclusives which I think are really good.  Mass Effect, Blue Dragon, Gears of War and Halo 3 ( Noticed the Master Chief pic?? No! Are you blind! Lol).

The multi-platform games that I've enjoyed are Marvel Ultimate Alliance (Been through it 10 times and waiting for the second one), Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare and Assassins Creed.

My Gaming History & View of modern Gaming

Since 1986/7 I've been into video games, more so since the SNES and Mega Drive (Genesis) era. Which is possible the best era of video games since it was more about the gameplay than the graphics... which is what it seems to be about these days. I started with the Atari 2600 and moved onto a ZX Spectrum and Sega Master System. Once I was 10 I gained a Mega Drive for Christmas. Which I swapped for a SNES. After a few years I then got a N64 and PlayStation. Eventually when the next generation of consoles came out I bought the PS2 for Tony Hawks, Smackdown and Final Fantasy a year went by and I eventually bought Microsoft Xbox mainly because my neighbour at the time (I had my own flat) had one and I used to take the Xbox up to his and spend the whole weekend playing Halo2... Oh so much fun.

After a few years of gaming on these consoles I invested in a 360. Originally I expected it to be like the PS2 was to the PSone, just a console with better graphics. Instead I was stuck in awe at what could be done on the system.
I've played on the PS3 and didn't think that much of it other than the price is a serious rip off espcially since we pay almost twice as much in the UK than anywhere else. Oh and the graphics don't look as good on it to what the 360 does. Although the games that have been coming out on the PS3 don't seem to be anything big like the big hitters on the 360.

Other than Gaming

I'm currently studying a Fda Animation & Illustration degree which I hope once gained that I will be able to get into animating characters for video games.

I love to read graphic novels, especially ones on Batman, Spiderman and Xmen. I also was a subscriber to the Marvel Figurine Collection and now I'm a DC Superhero Figurine collection subscriber.


Music that I like to listen to is more the Rock and Metal type. Such bands that I like are:
