Each uploaded photo is assumed the property of the individual who posted it. Gamertapics holds no responsibility for pictures that display a misrepresented identity, or pictures of illegal nature. Gamertagpics will, however, make every attempt to delete any offensive, false or copyrighted images and proceed to ban those who post. GamertagPics may delete any content at any time at its own discretion if it feels the content is in any way offensive or deemed inappropriate.

GamertagPics may at any time ask for a member to prove their identity. This will be done based on the professional look of the picture or a number of other factors which may cause us to believe a picture is not the true identity. To prove an identity, a member will only need to send in a photo of themselves holding up a sign with their gamertag clearly written on it. Gamertagpics feels this is a necessary action in order to keep the realism of its members and its reputation to the highest. Failure to follow these rules or arguing about the reasons presented will result in a banning of the account for using a misrepresented identity.

While the administrators and moderators of this website will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every picture. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to this website express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster and hence will not be held liable. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. GamertagPics has the right to modify, or delete any information which you post in your profile, based on its own discretion. GamertagPics may display ads on profiles.

Deleting Accounts. Upon request to delete an account, the user is responsible for setting themselves to not receive email from the GTP system, as well as removing any personal identifiable data, and any additional pictures this user may have posted. GamertagPics will then deactive the account to make it no longer searchable and thus an inactive/dormant account. GamertagPics does routine maintenence every 12 months, and any inactive/dormant accounts are completely removed from the system. If users choose to leave their info or photos in their available on the website, they will be deleted with this routine maintenence. These Terms and Conditions may be changed and updated at any time, yet all standards will be upheld to the newest revision of the terms and conditions.

Contests. The Xbox 360 Giveaway and Game giveaways are based on availability. All contests will be fulfilled and attempted to be delivered on the stated date, however any circumstances which are beyond our control will cause a delay in delivery of the item. In some contests the winner can request to have a cash amount equal to the contest prize paid out to them. Many game giveaways are only available to the US and Canada, however from time to time, we do give away prizes to members around the world.

Private Messages. The Private Message system shall not be used in any inappropriate manners, which includes spamming other users, racial attacks, or anyway which would appear to be negatively viewed. All messages are routinely deleted 45-60 days after being sent to keep the system up to date.

Hot List. The hot list is for 18+ users only. Changing or lying about your age to get on the hot list will have your account immediately banned.

Auto Refreshers. The use of autorefreshers to keep your account "online" is illegal and will have your account banned or worse. If you're not on the website, then theres no need to continue to refresh the page.
