Okies, I'm starting to feel really good about getting my license. I'm done with my classes, I got my permit, now all I need is my driving lessons.

Then I get a letter from the DMV saying since I have put "yes" down on one of the questions, I now need to fill this sheet out, and I need to get the doctor who took care of me to fill it out, I don't remember what hospital I went to! I remember the hospital I first went to, but the guy sent me to a diff one 'cuz they didn't accept my insurance. I really don't wanna play this whole wild goose chase. >.<

The question was "Have I had any head injuries in the past 5 years?" Yeah, a year ago. I suffered a mild concussion, and  slightly damaged my short term. My mom thinks she knows the hospital that we went to, but she said that we might be able to just go to MY doctor and He'll be able to fill it out, I really hope so, or else this is going to be one hell of a week. Grrblar... ~,.,~

My head hurts now. =( ... I really hate thinking about this!
