So i got a laptop last week and ive been messing around on this thing deleting things i do not need

and defraging it after ward and getting it all up to speed and i added a gadget the other day that tells me what my ram is

and it was running at 51 percent and now its at

39 percent.

Someone told me that this was a bad thing?

they said higher the percent the better

But i mean i dont have many programs running why would it be high?

someone plz explain this to me

im totally confused about it all.
