What is the best short term and long term solution to the current energy crunch?

Governent/ suppliers of our needs need to put prices lower.They can see it is hitting people hard and it aint gonna get easier! i dont know of any solutions but prices need to go lower somehow!

prices of petrol now seem to have gone down with some su[ppliers.house prices dropped 40percent!

only time will tell when things will be at ease-sorry cant say much on it.
