ok lets start with last night. my console works fine during the day when i was briefly on it. kids played scene it for a lil bit , i finally get on my xbox again myself around 9pm -so excited to play juiced -i couldnt even play!
i put the game in and suddenly i get lines down my screen and game freezes i though the cheap skates gave me a dud game ,i try again same thing-about to get on the website demanding another game when i got 3red rings i thought nooooooooooooooooooooo please dont do this to me. so i turned off and then on, red rings i was so frigging pissed. luckily i still have the old one (that was fixed too last year ).
so yeah my hardrive is fine as i managed to use the kids console with it. but this am i thought ok lets give u one more try -well id be god dammed , it switched -i thought ok is this one of your tricks to just piss me off that day -its working fine til i get onto a game and into 2-3 mins play it freezes and a load of lines go down the screen-a bit like the matrix screens u see.
i try another game -same thing soooooooooooooooooooooo yeah i frigging call xbox taking me 5mins to wait for someone to pick up the god dam phone. Hurray is peak to someone who spoke clearly and at no problems,explained everything and he even asked me to take out my hard drive and play a game. i said i know its not my hard drive cos i was playing on it with the other console i have .
so yeah 5working days it should be sent off and wont get it back for a month.
so he asks can i help you with anything else ,so igo i dont know if i should talk to you or someone else -explaining the crappy online stuff -he goes no should call the main line again and ask for live options.
so i do!!!
i tell her all the issues i have had and all the stupid error messages and i know its not just other games and i know there are proplems with live. it started pretty much just after the last update , ya know i pay for broadband and the yearly fee to play games.i play 7 evening til 2/3 am my time everyday and not had a problem before the update. i believe you are trying to give an xbox live arcade game for the incovenience and well to be honest its not gonna make your customers happy and i think we should get something better like xbox live for a month free because we are now coming into our 3rd week of this and not one message came to us to say a personal sorry to us for xbox live issues. she asked me to sign my stuff up -haha and asked my gamertag etc and then had to do a test for her -yeah mynat is open.-has been all the time. i also mentioned that ya know that if it is to do with new customers they should have been prepared for it with xmas coming up -they shouldve been able to cope.
so after all that she goes im sorry for the inconvenience and as a gamer myself i know how you feel. i will note down your request and our workers are working around the clock to fix the issues. i will recieve an email off them.
so no joy of when it will be .
anyway i panicked alil yesterday as my daughter chased my son down the stairs last night-now they d=know they shouldnt play on the stairs! well i was in the kitchen and didnt see anything happen all i heard was a bowl crashing,a thud and silence then oh sean -nothing ,still silence and a cry when i got there-i thought the worst of hinm losing conscience or something but no all was fine -he didnt break anything.
so yeah between all that and then the expected nonsence on dam live -i was fed up,pissed off . thinking today would be better -calmed down a lil but just annoyed on my xbox,live i mean lousy arcade game wtf shove it up your ass.
im done with the rant - i think.

my house is a tip haha so im goin for awhile to straighten it out, oh yeah another thing pissedme off last night. my pswrd for bank card wouldnt work online, was the world against me last night? so gonna see wht the hell is wrong there.

YOU TELL 'EM COOKIE! I don't see the point in calling Live though, they're clearly having issues they can't deal with, I'd just ban every account cancelled in the last month and refund them so us regular players can get back to care-free gaming
I havr read that xbox live now has 10million gold and silver gamers 6 months ahead of schedule, i think it could be a reason why live so crappy lately, they been thinking they still had 6 months to deal with making live able to handle that many gamers. Have a good one poor 360, be back before u know it hopefully xxx
Ive been hearing and reading about all of these people having troubles with their xbox's and live...Forunatley(knock on wood) i havent had anything other than the occasional freezing here and again. I know my time is coming though. Haha Good luck with that Cookie!!!
