Been a bit.
So I haven't been around too much on here. Sorry If I've gotten kind of bored of the intro wars here. I think that it was better back in the days when it took like a month to get up there. Rather than like every other week. I don't even really worry about the intros anymore. I only change it when I get really bored. LOL. I did however have to drop a line in here to tell you that I want everyone of my friends on here to go see the Pick of Destiny
It's so awesome it gets its own line. Go see it and support my heroes, Jack Black, Kyle Gass, and Dave Grohl.
It has a bitching soundtrack to go with it. I think that Youtube has some of the songs on there. Don't be a bitch and download it from Ares or Limewire either. Go buy the CD or buy it from Itunes, support the guys. They rock and deserve our money. I can't think of anything better to pay for than rock n' roll.
Aside from this Karen was just here for a whole week. It was awesome getting to spend so much time with her. She's a doll and my best friend. We have a great time doing whatever. We saw Pick of Destiny (Obviously) and we played some Guitar Hero 2, went to my Grandparents and introduced her to my family for Thanksgiving, then we drove to Austin to hang out with my buddy Scott for a few day. We ate a ton there, went to Wing Stop and had some Fried Pickle Chips and drank a few 32 oz Guinness's and Karen got introduced to Shiner Bock. Who she loves now.
I think the biggest bullshit that happened on the trip was that Karen and I went to Gringos, which is a fantastic TexMex restaraunt here in Houston, but we made the mistake of going to the Pearland one. Where since she did not have a TEXAS ID...(Reminder, she's from California) She couldn't drink. What kind of bullshit is that? You're a foriegner if you aren't from Texas?! LOL. Karen was pissed, but I was hungry. So lucky for us our food was out at the same time she was talking to the manager. So the food was safe, for those of you who have seen waiting we know what can happen to food.
Long story short it was an awesome week, but I know that she missed her girls while she was gone and I know the girls missed her. I can't wait to go out there in Jan. Hopefully I can squeeze in earlier than that.
One more stupid week of school....oh well, back to the grind...
