I know that these two suggested blog topics are late but what the hell…better late than never lol. I put in a couple artists/bands for each one on a-z because I like Rock as well as Hip Hop & RnB lol. Might want to get Borderlands, looks like a kick ass game…only trouble is that there isn’t a demo for it on the martketplace which sucks. Don’t want to buy the game then find out that I don’t like it because then that’s me just wasting my money, In case you didn’t know from the start of that that I’m the kind of guy that downloads the demo before going out to buy it to see if I like it or I can handle it lol. I’ll see if any of my closet friends have it (When it’s released & IF they get it) & proberally borrow it just to make sure.

Anyways…I reached 20K on my gamescore sometime last week which I’m proud of lol, got it just before I hit one year being on Live. I never have & never will brag about my gamescore because it doesn’t make a difference & doesn’t make you any better n shit lol. Only reason why I love achievements is because it gives you a challenge for yourself. Now I’m trying to get as much as I can for when I do hit one year of being on Live. Not long till my parents go away on holiday, 2weeks with the house by myself & staying up all night on the weekend…going to be awesome lol.
Dead By Sunrise
I finally got my Dead By Sunrise “Out Of Ashes” debut album the day as a IOU birthday present from my brother & his girlfriend. What I’m pissed about is that I should have gotten the album on the day it came out since my brother pre-ordered it (Stupid muppets at Play.com messed up). For the album…I must say this is a pretty darn good album, I am one happy, satisfied fan and customer. It's a must have CD for fans and a should have for non fans because it's worth it! If you don't get it on first listening, you'll be hooked on the second, I promise you!.
This album takes me back to the '80s, I'm a biiiig fan of melodies and harmonies and the album is full of them, love all the songs, love the lyrics, love the guitar solos [bows to Amir and Ryan, thank you, thank you)], love, love, loooooove the ballads which in my humble opinion are the strength of the album and the standout tracks. We know what Chester can do with his voice and it's the ballads where Chester is the most honest and beautiful. We're so used to Chester's dark and angry lyrics in Linkin Park and the beautiful, sappy, sweet, tingling feeling, melt on the knees, romantic lyrics in 'Give Me Your Name' and 'In The Darkness' are a nice change to listen to, especially the latter which me now calls it my new make out song ;-)
I can see fans in DBS concert jumping and rocking to 'Crawl Back In' and 'Inside Of Me', going nuts in 'My Suffering' and singing along in 'Condemned'. The synth version of 'Let Down' is okay but I still prefer the acoustic version, hope to see this performed live acoustically. You know it's a great album when you can listen to the entire CD without skipping any tracks and that's what "Out Of Ashes" is, I can't seem to pick one or two songs as my favourites because they all are and that's a good sign.
Congratulations to Chester and Dead By Sunrise, excellent job on the album, hope to see a second one in the future, in fact I demand it! :-)

I reckon you could get it if you went for it, some decent titles on the way before the end of the year, but then again, getting the achievements for them may prove to be somewhat time consuming.

Yeah true, i've already paid for L4D2 & MW2 in november...going to try & see if any of my friends get Borderlands & borrow it for an hour or two just to make sure i like it or handle it lol. I could go back to some of my single player games since i can get alot of achievements off of them, time consuming achievements can where you down abit cause u'll be trying to get it too much...i don't like them that much.

Chances of me gettin Borderlands at somepoint is abit high, i'll try it out & will prob like it but won't be able to get it right away since im low on cash lol. Prob going to get it later on after christmas i think, round bout same time as i get Army Of Two: The 40th Day (Which looks badass lol).

And let me know when you get Borderlands. I'm probably gonna grab that and Forza 3 next week or just trade off my Forza 3 preorder for it. I'd have it already but only 2 people on my list have. Seems like it's one of those games that meant for co-op form start to finish.

Chances are that i will pro get it, but gonna see if i can borrow if it off a friend. If i do like it then i'll be gettin it. Some of my friends on my list have already got it, yeah true...it'll be interestin to see how that goes along when playing :).
