right now the games aren't even on the same level.. Battlefield BC2 had some server issues for a bit but MW2 has been out for 5 months and there is STILL hacking, glitching, modding etc. You cant go a day without boosters or modders. I was a cod fanatic simply because my team and I were legitimately untouchable. but once you play bc2 you realize that the realistic maps, the realistic classes i.e. defibs, med kits, ammo kits, motion sensors. And the biggest factor in BC2 PHYSICS! Its pretty gay that there is no bullet travel time or bullet drop in mw2. Its simple MW2 is for the novice, BC2 is for the veteran. Want to play bad company 2. hit me up x7 SLEVIN.

You can't really compare the two games. Other than the fact they're both 'modern' shooters. The Call of Duty games are known for their more arcade-y style, run-and-gun, more linear style of play. I haven't played all of the Battlefield games, but i've played Battlefield 2, 1942, 1943, and Bad Company. As much as Call of Duty tries to implement the whole teamwork aspect, Battlefield does pull it off better because of the class setups.

That being said, i prefer Call of Duty because its more fast-paced.

Disagree completely with the game play being more fun in MW 2.
But, probably right about the popularity, at least for xbox.

PC it will dominate MW2.

But, not really my issue.
My issue is that MW2 isn't fun to me at all, nothing but camping small maps, and OMG LETS PRESTIGE CAUSE WE GET CUSTOM CLASSEZ AND LIEK ALL THE OTHER DUDES WILL BE JEALOUS OF THE SYMBOL BY MY NAME.

Hold on while I lay prone on this floor with my thumb up my ass trying to get to 10 kill streak so I can be in a helicopter like BC2 lets me do whenever I want.

Yeah because battlefield has been around for years longer then Call of Duty.
Definitely a wannabe MW2 because the story and gameplay are different/better.

Blow up a wall in MW2, or kill 4 guys then blow up a tank solo with 3 players inside it..
I'm sure you can do all that badass epic stuff in MW2
Not just die and respawn and zerg/camp..

No actually, I don't suck at MW2, pretty simple game.
Learn the maps, get the attachments, get headshots.
MW2 is basically Halo, casual FPS players game.

If you were to ask me i would say that you can't compare the 2 game. Yes they're both military shooters but they play completely different from one another! Its like comparing Halo to Ghost Recon or Tic Tac Toe to Connect Four. Bad Company 2 multiplayer action plays like the Blackhawk Down and Saving Private Ryan. You control you fate better in Bad Company 2 than in MW2...think about it how often do you yell at the screen when you die in bad company 2 compared to the bullshit death in MW2?!?! hardly none right? because the weapons are balance you knew you were going into danger in the first place depending on how you play.

Bad company 2:
-Encourages Teamwork
-Balanced weapons
-Fantastic and challenging multiplayer
-Realistic feel to the guns (i.e sounds)
-destructibility

Modern Warfare 2:
-Full of campers and 'Run n' Gun Rambos'
-Disencourages Teamwork
-Ridiculously Overpowered weapons
-Overrated as hell
-Guns sound like toy guns
-Multiplayer is WAY too easy, no challenge at all.
-Perks= cheap kills, meaning less skill required
-killstreaks= cheap kills again, no skill needed.

HAHAHA dude MW2 is full of legit glitches! Whats worst is that infinity ward is in no rush to patch the game or can't keep up with so many broken scripts! =0) They should of tested the game longer or hire and better QC test because the game is just full of exploits and loopholes.
