Ok my mummy got a new kitten the other day
He's SOO adorable
His name is Jackson and he's no bigger than a can of coke
I thought that I'd spread the cuteness around
I wanted to get myself a kitten too
Because they were free and oh so adorable
But Calvin's parentals said no
That made me a sad panda
Soooo for christmas i shall be asking for "permissions for a pet"
Muahaha!
Let's see them try and refuse that christmas wish

We have 4 dogs, a cat and a bird
Except NONE of those animals are my pets
So my argument was, that because it will be my only pet i can give it my undivided attention, it will stay in my room so it'll be like it doesn't even exist and it's not like i expect anyone to help my with taking care of it.

Cats keep dogs fit. If it wasn't for cats, dogs would be fat, lazy bums with no recreational outlet. It also helps them to develop endurance barking talents.
/your argument sounds valid to me, plus it can keep the other cat company :)
i can't stop thinking about the aristocats now :D that was my favorite movie as a kid.
