Well I can imagine how it's like, I had an online account on a game, logged tons of hours, skilled way up, then logged in one day to find out my account was hacked, anything of value gone. That was a crappy feeling.

Wow...that sucks. But lesson learned...lol. I love that game...I find myself returning to it every now and then. Skeleton key...wow...well you could alway go and make yourself a spell to unlock anything you run across...depending on how high you alteration is...umm I think thats what lockpicking falls under...I forget. Ah well good luck.

yea i does. but im good at lock picking and im pretty sure that when you become a master at it your lock picks dont break anyways. the reason why it was in the chest is becuse security was one of my major skills so i was gonna get it to master no matter what. then use the skeleton key. and security us under agility. whick makes no sense to me. lol.

yes it is a great game too. ive made many accounts and each time i get better. this time i was able to level up like 23 times in one day. lol.

Yeah once you hit master...you just need to carry around 1 lockpick...hell but with the skelo key....it didn't matter what rank you were...it never broke. Meh either way...either by spell or security...you'll get where you need to be sir. I need to download the Shivering Isle...I have yet to do that yet.

LMAO, same thing happened to me! LUCKILY it was only a few things. I collect stuff in this game too, I just throw it in one of the many houses I own. It will almost destroy your Xbox, the game runs SOOOO slow when you have a bunch of stuff sitting in one house, but it's TOTALLY worth it! :D I did this in Morrowind also, but it got to the point where the xbox couldn't handle it and the game just froze, so I couldn't add any more things to the room.

yea well. theres nothing i can do about it now. i even had some daedric artifacts in there. most were the pointless ones but i had the skeleton key in there cause i was still trying to level up my security.

Awe shit, now THAT sucks. Loosing the skeleton key forever would be a kick in the teeth, it saves so much time to just hit the auto-unlock button rapidly till it unlocks.

lololol. after a week in game things will decay if in a chest. or maybe its a 24hrs? i cant remember, the only safe place is in a bought house. that or there's some chest somewhere in the guild halls that doesn't do it.

no. it was in the fighters guild in chorrol. in the masters chest. i had been putting stuff there for a LONG time and nothing had ever happened. TILL FRICKIN NOW!!!!
