leaving home
*notice*- i posted 3 new blogs including this one in the past 24 hours to play catch-up. The others are below if you want to look at them as well =)
Describe how you felt when you left home, what age did you leave?
I moved out at 19 after i got married. i was a little scared to be on my own- i'm an only child and my mom and i are purty close- but i was excited too. we moved into a 3-bedroom house, which we rented with three friends: us in one room, another couple in another room, and a single guy in the third room. Rent was super cheap, and it was a rather nice house. it was purty big, and had an addition on it where the porch had been closed in. it was refered to as "Halo House". We had 4 xboxs and 4 TVs all connected by cables (2 in one room and 2 others in 2 seperate rooms), to eachother and to the internet. this was in the days of halo 1, but we went through some website to be able to play with people online. it was a blast for a while, and fun living with my friend and we got quite close. but it gets old being the ONLY person in a house of FIVE that cleans! (especially when there's only one bathroom!) so by the time we moved out of there, we were no longer friends, although we ended up starting talking over MySpace again in the last year... anywho- that's my long-winded answer =) haha!
