I can't sleep, so I put a cup of "Nut Cracker Sweet" tea in the microwave. It tastes like a gingerbread cookie. I sometimes put a spoonful of Equal (fake sugar) in it and a little milk, but lately I have been adding honey and milk instead. That usually relaxes me enough to fall asleep. How about everyone else? What makes you relaxed and tired when you seem to be restless?
