Of course, very much so. I am always telling my staff to have a bit of pride in themselves, and in their performance. I personally hate putting in a poor performance in business. When I'm in games, or on live I do not care, excatly because it is a game, and I'm there for fun, not to win. I always take pride in my appearance and in my dealings with people. At the end of each day you should all ask yourselves the following question... "What have you done today to make you feel proud". If the answer is "nothing?" then I feel sorry for you.
