Name your 5 favourite Olympic moments.
 

This is difficult. I have been thinking of them, and I’m sure I’m going to miss some good moments out. Daley Thompson’s decathlon, Steve Redgrave’s rowing, Steve Ovett and Seb Coe’s rivalry, Kelly Holme’s double win and pretty much all of the Sydney games because they were so well organised and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
 

TODAYS FACTS: 25th July:
 

Concorde crashed on take off from Paris on this day in 2000, killing all 109 people aboard and 5 on the ground.
 

In Cuba today it is the Moncada Anniversary. It remembers an attack on a barracks. In 1995, Castro delivered a five-hour speech!
 

British army surgeon, Major General James Barry died on this day in 1843. He was subsequently found to be a woman.
