Do people treat you differently based upon the way you dress? If so why?
Well, I do look fantastic in a tuxedo, lol. Actually, I’ve not really thought about this as it applies to me. I dress smartly for work, so when I’m at home I’m happy to slob about in a T-shirt and jogging bottoms. When I go out, I like to dress well. I like my ‘designer’ clothes, and depending on where I’m going, I like to dress up a bit. I’ve always dressed fairly conventionally though. However, if you dress in such a way that makes you stand out and look different then you can expect to be stared at. If you want to be perceived as different, and subsequently do your best to look different, then don’t be surprised or upset when people treat you that way. It is like one of the main guy rules: Women wearing Wonder bras and low-cut blouses lose their right to complain about having their boobs stared at.
