Cough, cough... poor me!

Well I’m in a better humour today, but unfortunately, I’m not feeling very well. I had a pretty rough night, with very little sleep. My throat was really sore yesterday afternoon, but by last night it was red raw, and almost swollen shut. It is very uncomfortable and during the night, and this morning I have been coughing up blood, and I’m sure that cannot be right. I have a long day today, been up since 6am, working from 7am until 8pm, and I probably won’t get home until much before 9pm. I’ll have a day off tomorrow, and try to see my GP, although that does not really inspire me to confidence. “Here’s a prescription, take a few days off”. Yeah right!
        PS. I miss you.  x
