What's something you can't live without?
Strangely, it is something to do. A few years ago I underwent what was supposed to be a routine operation. Unfortunately, it went wrong, and I was off work for a further 8 weeks, (12 weeks total). I just had to rest, I could not go anywhere or do anything, and after just a few days I felt I was going out of mind. I could not even go out to get grocerys. The days when I had to re-visit the hospital were what I looked forward to, as they gave me a reason to get up, get a shave and a shower, effectively to motivate myself. Those days essentially gave me something to do.
TODAYS FACTS:
Gold was first found on this day in 1896 in the Yukon. Since then, $95m worth has been mined, causing enviromental desolation.
A rat can last longer without water than a camel.
Almonds are a member of the peach family.
