Why don't I ever have anything good to blog about? Happy things? I always say it seems the world is in a downward spiral. Yobbo's everywhere you look, and the following examples of that are just from TODAY'S NEWS (May 5th, 2007).........

Here are just a "few" headlines from the U.S. news today:

"Teen stabs woman at Mall of America" (a 14 year old boy stabs a woman in the mall - Krikey!)

"1 boy dead, another injured after being found in tub full of cleaning supplies" (a 3 year old boy dies and his 1 year old brother is hospitolized after bathing in a tub filled with water, bleach, Pine-Sol & Mr. Clean in Florida)

"Ohio couple kept son, 10, in a cage" (A couple locked their 10-year-old son in a small dog cage while his father used drugs, and at times they forced him to wear a shock collar meant for training animals, authorities said. A quote from police: "He had to tuck his knees into his chest, and he fell asleep in there on a couple occasions.")

"Kansas City Mall shooter disgruntled over denied security job license" (and he wanted to work security?!?!?!)

"Keene State college student kills roomate, shoots himself" (no reasons known as of yet)

"Angry New York teen solicited murder of his Math Teacher on You-Tube" (this, on the heels of the VA Tech massacre?)

"California teen suspended from school for urinating in a bottle in class" (the teen repeatedly asked to go to the bathroom and the teacher refused, actually telling the boy to go into the corner of class and do it. The teacher was transfered - but the boy is still suspended?)

It's yonks since the last good news article rolled in front of me eyes, and I'm not up meself or anything to suggest that I am such a wonderful bloke to begin with. But these things....the simply spit the dummy if you ask me. Seems everyone wants to throw blue over the silliest things now a days.

What happened to morality? Self respect? We are not living in the bushranger anymore, or are we? (Bushranger is our ozzie version of the Wild West for all the the yanks) I am stowed & determined to find some GOOD news. All of this just rifles me jack and I simply do not understand.
