Current favourites
What's your favorite Xbox Live game, is this your favorite offline game too?
Presently, me favourite Xbox Live game is Left for Dead. Fast paced, brutal, a lot of fun, and if not with friends, meeting new players and still having fun. this is what live gaming (to me) is all about. Working together, laughing and having a lot of fun.
Though with me short attention span, who knows what me favourite Live game will be next week. I still have not played Horde on GOW2 yet, because I don't want to play with random people, just with friends. COD:WaW is still waiting for online play as well, I did play some more of the single player this morning on Veteran, and again, was destroyed by the AI...but....it sure is fun!
Offline, I'd have to say right now it's Smackdown vs Raw 2009. I've always enjoyed wrestling games, and with Survivor Series tomorrow night, it just makes it all that more compelling to play right now.
Speaking of offline games, I played some of the new Sonic the Hedgehog last night, and I have to say, it looks as if Sega has finally gotten the hang of Sonic for the new generation. It has more of a 2-D feel to it and I was having a blast! Thank goodness, because Sega had almost but destroyed Sonic's good name in the gaming community, but now seems back on track.

Tonight after Sat. Night Live, since they seem to also be getting funny again (finally!) it'll probably be more Left for Dead. I'm itching for some Guitar Hero World Tour or some RockBand2 as well....
Has anyone else downloaded any of the premium themes for the new dashboard? I like them.
Yesterday, I was outside in the park and I saw this frisbee disc in the air....it kept getting bigger, and bigger, and bigger....and then it hit me!
Enjoy your weekend everyone, here on the East Coast of America it's cold as can be (I never understood the phrase "cold as hell" - it makes no sense) so it's gaming & movies for this joey all weekend long.

The new themes are pretty nice, I got a free one for Gears 2. When you go to the friends list is where the premium themes show their difference.
