A quote from a news story this morning:
"April 20, 2007 - March NPD numbers were released yesterday, and each of the big 3 console manufacturers has spent all morning scrambling to spin the results in its own favor. Microsoft happily announced this morning that it has continued to lead Sony's next-gen offering in sales with a total of 199K units sold in March. Microsoft made no mention of the Wii's March sales figures."

In me own opinion the 360 has delivered on all it's promises. The games are flash, Xbox Live is the dominating force in online cosole fun, and most of Sony's "exclusives" have been anounced now for the 360 as well. I have to admit, I own a PS3 and I only turn it on every few weeks to update the software. I own 1 game (Motorstorm) but really only play on me Xbox 360.
I am a gamer, not a fanboy. Therefor I don't wish any of the systems to actually fail. However, I am happy to report that the Xbox 360 seems the dominating force in the next-gen race.
Even with all the fun I am having with me 360, the future is even brighter. The games simply look bind boggling. Up & comers Bio Shock, Project Gotham 4, Unreal Tourney 3, Turok, Mass Effect, Mercenaries 2, Halo 3, Ace Combat 6, Conan, Sega Rally Revo, DIRT, Stuntman...and I could go on (Star Wars, Devil May Cry 4, and even rumors of Metal Gear 4).
I say good on ya Microsoft - way to kick the knickers off and fight like you mean it!
Last night we had a blast in a full room of Ultra 3D Golf, blasting each other, blocking each other, it made each hole last at least 30-40 minutes all the time laughing & chatting. Good times.
Well I'm off for Sat. morning/afternoon shopping rituals, then it's game on! See everyone on live. Also, if I'm on your friends list & we don't play that much, call me up for a chat at least eh?
And that's the real acid me friends.
