I have a second home. I don't own the home, but I think I have paid for a lot of the home's rent throughout the years. It has been over three months since I visited my second home. I had planned on going on and on talking about my second home and then at the end revealing that my second home is actually Best Buy, but I have decided to cut to the chase since I was blanking on interesting ways to describe my second home. I could have been able to do it if I wasn't tired and full of KFC chicken.
It had been over three months since I stepped foot in a Best Buy. Best Buy was no longer a priority to me a few months ago. It still isn't, but that shouldn't stop me from visiting the old lady from time to time. [Note to self: Don't Ever refer to Best Buy as "the old lady" ever again]There was a reason I went to Best Buy. I had a $5 Reward Zone

certificate that was expiring within days so not only did I revist Best Buy, but I was also revisting a section of Best Buy that I most often frequented, the video game section.

         In order to get the most bang from my buck, I have decided to wait for the games that I want until they become Platinum Hits or, at the very least until they go down in price...oh man it happened again. I was in the middle of writing this blog when I just fell asleep sitting here. Sometimes I take on the characteristics of being a drunk without the drinking or the liver damage. Plus my food doesn't "flow backwards" if you catch my meaning.
               So, anyway, there I was back in Best Buy after an extended leave of absence. My goal was to buy a cheaper game with my $5 Reward Zone certificate, but there was nothing that sparked my interest so I decided on getting Lego Batman instead. It was still cheaper then most new games. I got it a week ago and still haven't played the game yet. I will get around to it eventually.
          While in Best Buy I thought I would make a list of games that I want to buy when they go down in price. On the list are the following:

Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe
Soulcalibur IV
Sonic Chronicles:The Dark Brotherhood
Dead Space
Golden Axe:Beast Rider
Silent Hill: Homecoming
Game Party 2
Pitfall The Big Adventure
Samba Di Amigo
SNK Arcade Classics
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
FABLE II

The list is far from complete and will grow in time. Now all I have to do is wait and wait until one of these games goes down in price, a significant reduction in price. When that happens that's when I pounce. So by the time everyone is buying Mortal Kombat Vs. Halo, I will be mounting a giant beast.

Lego Batman is a great game, in the same vein as the other Lego games. And Dead Space, you should get that asap, I'm playing it now, and it is amazing!

Oh best buy. I swear my husband cheats on me w/ best buy and the 360. :p As much as i love to play..my husband loves it more, and is ALWAYS on it..Hence why i dont have time to get good at most games..LOL he hogs it! BUT we are planning on getting a 360 for my boys for Christmas ( i prefer to get them a wii, as they are only 8 and 5.) But my husband wants them to have a 360. Sooo Batman Lego, as well as Indiana Jones lego is on my agenda for the boys. Soooo let me know if you think a 6 Abnd 5 yr old would enjoy that..i know they enjoyed the Star wars version (we downlaoded the demo)
