I wasn't going to write a blog because basically I aint' got nothing to say about anything significant, but I just got an e-mail confirming the video I uploaded has finished being posted. So I want ya's to check this out, it was purely by luck this happened, but it gave me a chance to check that this works, and I'm happy to say it does.
Okay, so what is it? I'm not sure if y'all know about the site GeeVee, but it's a video sharing site which has a unique property about it. GeeVee has a thing aptly named "GeeVeeGrav" and this allows you to take videos from your Halo3 file share and post them on the site, all without having to do anything other than remember what you named the file.
It works like this, basically you put the video (which has to be more than 10seconds long and less than 20minutes) into your file share. You then go to the site, login, and go to "GeeVeeGrab" (Small link, top right) and fill in the information requested. Now it takes about a week to post, I assume to demand or something, but it's still a useful feature.
I did mention this a long time ago I think, and I know I've told Pho about it already because he mentioned an interest in getting videos up. When I mentioned it last time it was a beta testing, and I'd just missed it, but apparently it worked fine, and now I know it does, so knock yourselves out and show us your odd videos.
I think it's important to note you can ONLY upload ONE video at a time and you have to wait for that to be done before you'll be allowed to put up another. If you want more done I assume you set up a new e-mail account (Or as many as you need) and then set up new accounts on the site and go nuts.
Nothing else to say, enjoy
