   I'm sick... And it's killing me. I went to bed last night and quite possibly had the worst sleep in years. I was freezing cold, but my body was sweating constantly. I was unable to get comfortable, and remember thinking "Screw This, I'll Get Up" and then before getting up I was out cold again. When I finally woke up this morning, apart from being a little cold, I was alright. I got up and helped my aunt with a few things, and then it hit me, hard.
   My whole body started shaking, I got a major headache which felt like my brain was moving inside my head everytime I moved it. My eyes began hurting like crazy and my bones just started aching. I figured I was just tired or something, so I got back into bed but I couldn't sleep. Everything just started aching, so I got back up. Tried to eat, but couldn't, my throat was dry so I had a little drink, but that didn't help none.
   Eventually my aunt went out and I was in on my own, I was tired and could barely think straight. I got into bed, still freezing cold, and wrapped myself up and fell asleep. I'd constantly wake up and fall asleep, each time, the part of my body I was laid on hurting. I was asleep on my side, and when i woke up, my shoulder was dead and aching, my arm was numb and I couldn't move most of my fingers. I just ended up turning over and lying on my back and switching sides, but that didn't help none and I spent all day trying to get as comfortable as I could without putting too much pressure on one side of my body.
   The whole time I was in bed, I was shivering, but still sweating, I've developed a chesty cough and a fragile head, it's not good. I had to force myself to get out of bed about ten minutes ago. I didn't want to move but I really had no choice, I'm starving and thirsty and my neck is cramped. I feel like crap. I'm unsteady on my feet and keep feeling like they're gonna just give way. Blah.

yeah, there's nothing worse than feeling ill. I recommend lemsips, and when you go to bed, wrap up as much as you can. I always wear jogging pants, and about 3 layers on top with a big baggy jumper, and just sweat the badness out of you. Hope you get better soon

Man, sounds like you got it rough, chills and fever at the same time, not the greatest state to be in. Get better soon man.
