I can't get the Nickelback song "Rockstar" out of my head, I can't stop listening to it. Just an awesome song.. and it should be playing as you read this, unless you've stopped it already.
The last time I told someone I love them? Christmas Eve when I was lying with my niece as she was falling asleep. I don't really say it all that much though, and she's the only one I say it to. I think it's one of those things that is overly used and lost alot of it's meaning. I'm not going to get into that again, I've been down that road in a blog before.
Today I spent my morning in town with my little brother. He got a 360 for christmas and wanted PGR4 and COD4 so we went to get them. Waited 2HOURS! for GAME to open, when I could've just gone to ARGOS to get them at the same price. I actually had to go to ARGOS anyway because GAME didn't have PGR4 in stock, damn fools.
It was hella busy in town today, especially for the short period before GAME opened. I finally picked up a new external harddrive for my PC, so I can keep all my stuff together. I've been trying to find myself a new headset too, but couldn't find a single one. I'm using the one I got with my 360 and I'm not to keen on it, my old one, which inexplicably stopped letting me talk, went on both ears and was really loud and better to talk with. I'll have to get another one online, but I'm not sure when they'll be delivered, damn time of the year.
This is a fairly short blog, no reason, just nothing to say. Before I go though, it has come to my attention that everyone elses poetry is better than mine, and I don't like it damnit! so I'm going to give ya another, hopefully better than any other on here, haha... *cough* yeah... anyway, here goes.
Christmas is over and the time has come
For the New Years party lets have some fun
Drinking and cheering, the counting down
The smiles and laughter from all around
The family get-together, everyone's here
Then one person has way too much beer
They say one thing that didn't need said
Now all the happiness and laughters dead
A fight breaks out, all hell breaks loose
I've got 20-odd relatives, acting like fools
The room divides and all take sides
With Anthony sitting on the side-line
I watch and laugh as I remember last year
When the same thing happened 'cause of the beer
The very next day and calls are made
To the rest of the family, the story's relayed
The people involved, won't speak for months
But still do it again when the next New Year comes
See, do I got mad skillz or what? I found out today that my aunt is having a New Years Party again. If I decide to go I'mma make sure I take up my Video Camera 'cause I know that someone will say or do something that someone will take offense to and everyone will start fighting. It's funny, I just stand and watch, I see no point in getting involved, it's been this way since I was a kid. They'll stop talking for months and then everything will be fine and repeat. And it's always over something stupid too.
Stay Good Y'all
